Shipping and Returns

We ship globally with very few exceptions. You can check the specific address during the check-out process, if the delivery address is recognized we are able to ship to that location. 

Orders are typically dispatched by the Distribution Center (DC) within 1 – 3 business days of placing your order.  During busy periods, shipping from the DC can take longer.  All customized items will take 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.  All jerseys that include a name and number are considered customized and will fall within the 1-3 weeks window before shipping.

For wholesale and/or tax exempt order inquiries, contact lgmwholesale@legends.net with details and include links to the products of interest.  Please note that these types of discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.

How much is delivery & what's included in the shipping and handling fee?

Shipping & handling costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and the shipping option selected) once you have entered items into your basket and have proceeded through the check-out.

 A $1.99 handling fee is included in the shipping cost that covers warehouse storage, packaging material and supplies, labor costs to receive and pack, and other costs associated with fulfilling your order. Depending on the state associated with your order, a sales tax may be assessed on the shipping and handling fee.

 

PO Box Support: 

*PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Premium and Express shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order; *exclusions may apply based on the items. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and all labels still attached.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) as per our returns policy and place a new online order.

Ready to Start a Return?

  1. Complete the Return Form:
    • Fill out the return form included in your order and pack this along with the item(s) in their original, unused condition, and all labels still attached.
  2. Return Postage:
    • Postage paid: For returning items, please use your preferred carrier service and ensure you obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost during transit.  To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend choosing a trackable postage option.
    • International orders: Please refer to the website where the order was placed. Instructions can be found in the Returns Policy, available on the bottom webpage.
  3. Domestic Return Address: 
    • Please refer to the return form included in your order as the return address can occasionally differ if your order was dispatched from multiple location
